TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Rates
    All rates are net, inclusive of applicable government tax, service charge.
  2. High & Peak Season Periods
    High season period: October – April; peak season period: December 20 – January 05
  3. Terms of Payment
    50% deposit (from total reservation value) transferred to our Bank Account within 7 days of receiving our reservation confirmation, will guarantee the reservation.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    - Without any charge 30 days before the check-in date
    - Between 29 days and 15 days will be charged 50% from the total reservation value
    - Between 14 days and 0 days will be charged 100% from the total reservation value
    - No show will be charged 100% from the total room reservation value
